Can I edit a quotation after sending it?
Yes. Each change after sending is recorded as a new revision.
What happens to the quotation after conversion?
It is marked as converted and linked to the invoice. If you delete that invoice, the quotation returns to Sent so you can convert it again.
Can my team do this too?
Yes. Admins have full access; analysts can create and edit, and need an admin to approve deletions.
