What we collect

Your name, email address and password (stored only as a salted hash), your company name, logo and details, the business data you enter (clients, quotations, invoices, receipts), an activity log of changes in your account, and any feedback you send us.

How we use it

Only to run and support the Service: sign you in, show your documents, keep an audit trail for your admins, respond to your feedback and, when payments are enabled, manage your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only people you add to your account (according to their role), and our administrators when needed to operate or support the Service.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare infrastructure. A session cookie keeps you signed in; we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

Your choices

You can download your data from Settings and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing us.
